Posse is a labor NGO based in Tokyo, Japan. Since 2006, Posse has helped thousands of workers improve their working conditions. We work with labor unions, lawyers, NGOs, and civil society groups to protect workers' rights.
Labow laws in Japan including the Labor Standards Act, the Labor Union Act, the Labor Contract Act, apply to all workers, regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, or residential/visa status.
